Bread
- 🍞 4 slices sandwich bread
Fish
- 🐟 2 cans tuna in oil (140g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), finely chopped
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1/3 tsp mustard

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice thinly. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Finely chop the onion and rub with 1/3 tsp salt. Rinse under water and drain well.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, onion, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the tuna mayo mixture.
Spread butter evenly on all slices of bread. On two slices, spread mustard, layer cucumber slices, and add the tuna mayo mixture. Top with the remaining bread slices and cut into desired sizes.
