Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of cod
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head of broccoli
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (50g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Dairy
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 🥛 150ml milk
Spices
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 1 tsp curry powder

Cut broccoli into small florets and slice the stem into thirds, removing tough parts. Cut king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain water.
Cut cod into thirds, season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels and coat with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cod and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Push cod to the side and add mushrooms, stirring until coated with oil.
Add milk, salt, pepper, consomme, and curry powder to the pan. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add broccoli, mix, and simmer briefly.
