Fish
- 🐟 200g cod fillets
- 🦪 150g clams, pre-soaked
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🌿 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
☆ Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Slice the onion thinly, pierce the cherry tomatoes with a skewer, slice the garlic, and chop the parsley into leaves and stems separately.
Sprinkle salt on the cod fillets, let them sit for 10 minutes, and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a microwave-safe dish, mix the ☆ seasonings, layer onion and garlic, place the cod fillets on top, and arrange clams and cherry tomatoes around. Sprinkle parsley stems and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes, then garnish with the remaining parsley.
