- 🐟 200g cod fillets
Vegetables
- 75g red bell pepper
- 75g yellow bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Cilantro Sauce
- 🌿 20g chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sliced chili

Remove the stems and seeds from the red and yellow bell peppers, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Chop the cilantro finely.
Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cod, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper. Cook the peppers for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned, then remove. Cook the cod for 2 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Mix all the cilantro sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Plate the cooked cod and peppers, then drizzle with cilantro sauce.
