- 🐖 120g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
Dressing
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
