Dumpling Wrapper
- 12 dumpling wrappers
Meat Filling
- 150g ground pork
- 30g chives, chopped
- 🧅 80g green onion, sliced
Dumpling Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Soup Base
- 💧 800ml water
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
Topping
- Chili oil, as needed

Chop the chives into 5mm pieces and slice the green onion thinly.
Mix ground pork, chives, and dumpling seasonings in a bowl until sticky and well combined.
Place 1/12 of the filling onto each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal. Repeat for all 12 dumplings.
Heat the soup base ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add dumplings and green onion. Cover and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve in bowls and drizzle chili oil on top for added flavor.
