- 100g pork shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🌽 1/2 cob of corn (150g)
- 1/2 bag of bean sprouts
- 1/4 pack of kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
Sesame Sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the corn kernels off the cob. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Place bean sprouts and corn in a microwave-safe container. Spread pork slices evenly on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Add kaiware sprouts on top.
Mix all sesame sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce. Pour the sauce over the microwaved dish and serve.
