- 🥔 1 potato (250g), diced

- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasonings

Cut the corn in half, stand it vertically, and use a knife to remove the kernels.
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes, soak in water, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add grated garlic, potato, and corn, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the potato is golden, add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
