- 🦐 16 shrimp with shells (approx. 210g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear of corn, husked
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 1/2 cube chicken stock
- 🍋 Lemon slices as needed
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake

Cut the corn kernels off the cob and dice the onion.
