Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear corn (300g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a small amount
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
