- 🌽 2 ears of corn (600g)
Baking Mix
- 200g pancake mix
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese

Wrap the corn in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool, cut in half, and remove kernels using a knife.
In a bowl, mix pancake mix, salad oil, and yogurt thoroughly. Add the corn kernels and mix well.
Place 1/4 of the batter on plastic wrap, flatten to palm size, add 1/4 of the pizza cheese, and roll into a stick shape using the wrap. Repeat to make 4 sticks.
Place the sticks on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
