Chicken
- 🍗 6 chicken tenderloins
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Coating
- 🌽 50g cornflakes
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic

Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them in half.
Place the chicken in a resealable bag with the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ginger, garlic) and massage. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Place cornflakes in a resealable bag and crush them finely using a rolling pin.
Add all-purpose flour to the marinated chicken in the bag and massage to coat.
Place the crushed cornflakes in a tray and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
