- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 🧅 15cm minced green onion
- 5g minced ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- Shredded shiso leaves as needed
- Shredded myoga as needed

Lightly pound the chicken breast with a rolling pin and cut it diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
