- 150g pork belly shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🍅 1 tomato
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Use a peeler to slice the cucumber into thin ribbons.
Cut the tomato in half, remove the stem, and slice into 8 thin pieces.
Boil water in a pot, reduce to low heat, and cook pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and cool.
Mix all dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ground sesame, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Arrange tomato slices in a circular pattern on a plate, fold cucumber ribbons and place them in a circle. Top with pork slices and drizzle the dressing.
