- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥕 180g daikon, sliced
- 30g jarred Zha Cai, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
