- 1/2 bunch mitsuba
- 3 cm daikon
Seafood
- 6 slices smoked salmon
Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 2 tbsp water

Boil water in a pot, blanch the mitsuba briefly, then rinse under cold water. Drain and cut off the root ends.
Mix the ingredients for the sweet vinegar (☆) in a bowl.
