- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken and seasoning ingredients (dried basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper) into a plastic bag. Massage well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked. Add lemon juice and stir to combine.
