- 🍞 3 dinner rolls
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 2 asparagus spears (40g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
Dairy
- 🧀 sufficient pizza cheese
Condiments
- 🧂 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 tsp ketchup
- 🧂 a pinch of sugar
- 🧂 a dash of salt and pepper
단계
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus spears with a peeler and cut them into 1cm diagonal slices. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the water.
Cut the dinner rolls horizontally in half.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, and salt and pepper. Add the tuna and corn, and mix well.
Place the cut side of the dinner rolls facing up. Spread the tuna mixture on top, then layer with asparagus slices and pizza cheese. Toast until golden brown.
