- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)

- 🍄 50g maitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Liquid
- 💧 100ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion thinly and break apart the maitake mushrooms by hand.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add onion and sauté until softened. Add maitake mushrooms, beef, and grated garlic, then cook until the beef changes color. Sprinkle flour and mix well.
Add water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, then add the sauce ingredients (Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, consomme). Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Serve rice on a plate, pour the sauce mixture over it, and garnish with chopped parsley.
