- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🌰 A pinch of black sesame seeds
Salt-Grilled Salmon
- 🐟 1 piece fresh salmon (100g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Maitake and Kimchi Cheese Bake
- 🍄 50g maitake mushrooms
- 30g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧀 10g pizza cheese
Bean Sprout and Green Onion Namul
- 🌱 50g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
