- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Hamburg Seasoning
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Tomato Sauce Seasoning
- 🍅 200cc unsalted tomato juice
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- A pinch of pepper

Mince the onion and place it in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain any excess water and let it cool.
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk to moisten.
Add ground meat, minced onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties, ensuring to remove air pockets.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Push them to the side of the pan.
Add all the tomato sauce ingredients to the pan and mix well. Bring to a boil, then cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 7–10 minutes. Occasionally remove the lid and spoon the sauce over the patties. Uncover and reduce the sauce until thickened.
Plate the patties and pour the sauce over them before serving.
