- 🍜 1 bundle (100g) soba noodles
Seafood
- 🍤 70g peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 50cc concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 350cc water
