- 🌱 60g frozen edamame
Seafood
- 🍤 50g peeled frozen shrimp

- 🍗 100g ground chicken
Dairy
- 🍶 150g firm tofu
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 50cc water

Defrost edamame and remove beans from pods. If needed, devein shrimp and cut into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, firm tofu, potato starch, salt, pepper, and grated ginger.
Add edamame and shrimp to the mixture, divide into two portions, and shape into oval patties with a slight indentation in the center.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add patties, and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove patties and lightly wipe the pan to remove excess oil.
Add sauce ingredients to the pan, heat over medium, and stir until thickened. Serve patties on a plate and pour sauce over them.
