재료
Dough
- 150g strong flour
- 30g weak flour
- 2/3 tsp dry yeast
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧈 5g unsalted butter
- 💧 110cc water
Filling
- 🥓 4 slices long bacon
- 🌱 40g shelled frozen edamame
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese

Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Heat water in a microwave-safe container for 40 seconds at 600W. Mix strong flour, weak flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and warmed water in a bowl until combined. Knead until smooth, then cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.
Punch down the dough, divide into 4 portions, and shape into balls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll each ball into a 4cm x 24cm rectangle. Place bacon and edamame on top, roll tightly, and seal the edges. Repeat for all 4 portions.
Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking tray. Cut diagonal slits every 2cm using kitchen scissors and tilt each section. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.
Top with pizza cheese and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
