Dry Ingredients
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 🧀 1 tbsp powdered cheese
Wet Ingredients
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 70ml water
Additional Ingredients
- 🌱 100g frozen edamame

Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, powdered cheese, salad oil, and water until combined. Add the edamame and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each into a 20cm length. Twist the ends together to form a loop, then twist the loop twice to create a twisted shape. Repeat for all portions.
Line a frying pan with parchment paper and place the twisted dough inside. Add 3 tbsp of water under the parchment paper, fold the edges inward, and cover with a lid. Steam-bake on low heat for about 15 minutes.
