- 🥚 1 egg white
- 🧅 30g chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 300ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
