- 10 egoma leaves
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
Protein
- 100g ground chicken
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

- Flour as needed
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🍋 3 slices lemon for garnish

Mince the green onion.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced green onion, and the seasonings (soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper).
Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes. Remove and stir to break up the mixture.
Dust both sides of the egoma leaves with flour. Place the chicken mixture on one side of each leaf, fold the leaf in half, and press the edges to seal.
Beat the egg in a bowl. Dip the stuffed egoma leaves into the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the egg-coated leaves in the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.
