〈Mentaiko Egg〉
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- salad oil as needed
- mentaiko flakes as needed
Water mixture
- 1/4 tsp starch
- 💧 1/4 tsp water
〈Prosciutto Onion〉
- 5 slices of prosciutto
