Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms (200g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Separate into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the fried tofu lightly with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1 cm wide strips.
In a microwave-safe container, mix all the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the enoki mushrooms and fried tofu, and mix well to coat evenly.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Remove, stir, and cover again to let it cool slightly.
