- 1/2 pack komatsuna
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Seasonings
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (2x concentrated)
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame

Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and lightly drain excess water.

In a bowl, combine the komatsuna, enoki mushrooms, tuna, and the seasonings (mayonnaise, mentsuyu, and ground sesame). Mix well.
