Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp seasoning mix
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves lettuce
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes

Remove excess fat and outer tendons from the chicken thigh. Make 4 cuts on the underside of the skin.
Coat the chicken thoroughly with the seasoning mix.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the chicken skin-side up, cover with a lid, and cook on medium-low heat for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel as needed during cooking.
Flip the chicken and cook the skin side until crispy, wiping off excess oil as needed for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Plate the chicken with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
