- 100g firm tofu
- 20g fresh breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🥚 1 small egg (40g)
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- As needed salad oil
Meat Juice Base
- 2g powdered gelatin
- 1/4 tsp bouillon granules
- 2 tbsp water
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup dashi or water
