- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
- 1 pack (200g) firm tofu
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 1 bell pepper (30g)
- 🥔 2 small potatoes (240g)
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Hamburg Mixture
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
