- 🍗 1 chicken breast
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage, chopped
Sauce
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- Dry parsley, as needed
Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
