- 🐟 2 cod fillets
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Coating
- Sufficient potato starch
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient salad oil

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
