Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Meat
- 🍖 1 slice of ham
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of melting cheese
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 leaf of lettuce (30g)
Butter
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍯 1 tsp honey

Mix mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and honey in a bowl to make the sauce. Spread the sauce evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the whites are set and golden brown, about 3–4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1–1.5 minutes. Remove the fried egg.
Add butter to the same pan and heat over medium-low. Place one slice of bread, sauce-side up, into the pan. Toast for 2–3 minutes until golden. Add cheese, ham, fried egg, and torn lettuce on top. Cover with the second slice of bread, sauce-side down.
Flip the sandwich and toast the other side until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from the pan and cut in half.
