- 15g vermicelli
- 2 slices ham
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), julienned
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), julienned
- Enough salad oil for frying
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut vermicelli into half-length pieces using kitchen scissors.
Julienne the carrot and cucumber. Mix them in a bowl with 1/4 tsp salt and let sit until softened. Squeeze out excess water.
Cut ham into halves and then into thin strips. Combine ham, carrot, and cucumber in a bowl.
Prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a frying pan. Fry vermicelli for about 10 seconds on each side until crispy. Remove and drain excess oil.
Plate the carrot, cucumber, and ham mixture. Top with fried vermicelli and drizzle with the dressing.
