- 🐟 200g frozen mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 80g green onion, cut into 4cm pieces
- 1 piece ginger, thinly sliced
Liquid
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 200ml water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
