Soup Base
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400 ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water

Separate bok choy stems and leaves. Cut stems into wedges and leaves into bite-sized pieces.
