Main
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 100g ground pork
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

Finely chop the onion. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove seeds and pith, and dice into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and sprinkle with salt to make a sunny-side-up egg.
Move the egg to the side of the pan. Add ground pork and grated garlic, breaking up the pork and cooking until its color changes.
Add onion and bell pepper to the pan, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dried basil, cooking until the liquid evaporates.
Serve cooked rice in a bento box, top with the stir-fried mixture and the sunny-side-up egg.
