Chicken
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
