- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
