- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Slice the pork tenderloin into 1cm thick pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core.
Mix the grated garlic, sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat butter and sliced garlic in a pan over medium-low heat until golden brown, then remove the garlic chips.
Add the pork to the pan and cook over medium-low heat until browned on one side. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked. Add the sauce and coat the pork evenly.
Plate the pork and garnish with the garlic chips.
