Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 120g minced meat
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 bunch chopped scallions
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Chop scallions into small pieces and slice garlic thinly.
Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a pan over medium-high heat, add the beaten egg, stir until half-cooked, and remove.
Add the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan, heat over medium heat, and fry garlic until golden brown. Remove garlic.
Add minced meat to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color. Then add cooked rice and stir to break up clumps.
Add soy sauce and salt and pepper, mix well, then add scallions, garlic, and the cooked egg. Stir briefly to combine.
