- 🦐 8 peeled shrimp (100g)
- 50g chives, chopped
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Shrimp Preparation
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
