- 🍤 8 peeled vannamei shrimp (120g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (85g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Peel the vannamei shrimp, make a cut along the back to remove the vein, wash under water, and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Cut off the stem of the zucchini and slice into 1cm thick rounds. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, increase to medium heat and add zucchini. Cook until browned, flip, and push to the side.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook, flipping until fully cooked. Add salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, then stir-fry to combine.
