- 200g pork loin (2 thick slices)
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
