- 150g frozen octopus
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, as needed
