Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🥩 100g misuji steak cut
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 leaf lettuce, shredded
- 🧅 5cm white green onion, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garlic Soy Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, grated
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar

Grate the garlic and shred the lettuce. Julienne the white green onion.
Season both sides of the misuji steak with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the steak for 1 minute on one side, then flip and cook for 40 seconds. Wrap the steak in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly at an angle.
In the same pan, add garlic, soy sauce, and sake. Heat over medium until bubbling, then add sugar and stir to combine.
Plate the rice in a bowl, top with lettuce, sliced steak, and julienned green onion. Drizzle garlic soy sauce over the dish.
