재료
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
Protein
- 🥩 200g beef shoulder steak
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 bag baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until garlic becomes crispy, then remove the garlic. Cook the beef on medium heat until both sides are done.
Wipe off excess oil, add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, butter), and heat until slightly thickened. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, top with baby leaf greens, steak pieces, and crispy garlic. Pour the remaining sauce from the pan over the dish.
